We are based in Mumbai, India and began our journey in the summer of 1995 as a company specializing in booking Serviced Apartments in London. We soon grew to include Hotel Rooms, Corporate Housing and Apartment Hotels Worldwide.

How are we different?

We look at ourselves as a research company. Our solutions are tailor-made. Whilst staying keenly aware of a guest’s preferences we also recognize that for the same guest each journey is different and, therefore, requirements on each trip may vary. Whilst recognizing that no two individuals are alike, we also draw upon the knowledge and exposure of our incredibly well travelled guests and industry resources to share and enhance the guest experience of our travellers. This has helped us to grow and establish ourselves as a leading operator of bespoke travel and to be acknowledged by most major hotel groups as a key partner in the Indian market. We are:

Our involvement with the guest begins before the reservation process with planning, itineraries, identifying the appropriate location and setting budgets. It continues with any advice or help that we can provide after the guest has travelled. We will help with requesting an early check-in, late check-out, booking limos and getting destination specific information. We will always travel that extra mile to enhance the guest experience.

How much does this cost?

There is no additional fee for our reservation service to that already quoted.

Two decades later our journey continues as an endeavour to provide our guests with a Zen-like, worry-free travel experience.
